LA PALAZZETTA
The Montalcino district is located inland in Tuscany, central Italy, where it produces fine Italian wines. "La Palazzetta" is a winery founded by Carla Bisconti in 1990 in Castelnuovo dell'Abate in the Montalcino district. The vineyard is about 20ha and is located at an altitude of 365m. There are four types of soil: Galestro, Kaolino, Tufo and Quarzo Calcare. The oldest vines are used to harvest Brunello di Montalcino DOCG and the younger vines are used to harvest Rosso di Montalcino DOC. We grow grapes in an organic and natural way, maintaining the quality of the wine while respecting the environment, minimizing the amount of sulfites added, and making wine that respects the health of consumers.

With 30 years of experience, tradition and innovation accompany carefully selected grapes in the natural winemaking process. Fermentation at controlled temperatures, mainly in French oak, and in "lightened" bottles. In 2016, La Palazzetta will produce healthy wines for consumers, commit to ecological and sustainable values, realize projects aimed at protecting land and vineyards, and implement energy conservation plans. , Was awarded the "Eco-Friendly Cellar Diploma".
How are our wines made?
