DOMAINE GUINAND
Domaine Guinan is a winery located between the cities of Nîmes and Montpellier in southern France and was founded in 1993 by the "4 brothers" of Alain, Claude, Serge and Pierre GUINAND. This place has a history of being cultivated by the Knights of St. John in Jerusalem in 1193, and winemaking that takes advantage of the influence of the Mediterranean terroir. This peculiar terroir is characterized by being composed of pebble soil, and the influence of sea breeze also works effectively for the good maturation of the grapes.
The result is a powerful "Southern French red wine".
