DOMAINE DE LA FURONNIERE
  • DOMAINE DE LA FURONNIERE

The family-owned Domaine, located in the village of Landreux in the southeastern part of Nantes, about 15 kilometers from the Loire River in the Loire region of northern France, began in 1936 and is now the fourth generation. The fourth generation owner was Florian Bonnie, the youngest brother and youngest, but with a strong passion for winemaking, he took over the winery. The vineyards are located close to the sea, with an average elevation of 65 meters above sea level, and among the microclimate, wine is made from grapes grown in a relatively cooler climate than Muscadets in other Loire regions. The total area of the vineyard owned by the winery is 16Ha, half of which is cultivated by AOC Muscadet Sable et Maine and the others by IGP Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. A classic and traditional style muscadet with a strong minerality and a freshness unique to surrealism.
