From the bottles we use, we are always passionate about making wine with the latest technology and quality.
The main grape varieties are Montepulciano, Trebbiano and Pecorino. We use grapes grown in our own fields.
In viticulture, we take measures to plant oilseed rape and other plants in order to minimize the use of pesticides.
In addition, we plant roses to detect abnormalities in the fields and constantly check the condition of the fields.
All grapes are harvested by hand to produce healthy grapes.
