    Domaine Goturon is a family-owned winery that has inherited vineyards in the Chablis region for seven centuries. The current head, Cyril Goturon, has taken over the winery from his father, Alain, the 6th generation since the 2000s.

    The winery is located in Frey Village, a small village of 150 inhabitants on a hillside between Paris and Dijon in the province of Yonne in northern Burgundy.

    With temperatures up to 25 degrees Celsius in summer and -7 degrees Celsius in winter, the cool climate is an ideal Chablis environment.

    The Chablis vineyard, where only Chardonnay is planted, is divided into four appellations. "Petit Chablis" "Chablis" "Chablis Premier Cru" "Chablis Grand Cru". Currently there are 30 hectares of vineyards, 6 of which are premier cru fields. The annual production is 150,000. In particular, the vineyards of Premier Cru's "Fruneau" stretch right in front of the winery, and the most commonly famous and prestigious of their collections is Mondomiryu, which is Goturon's specialty. is.
